Perfect Vision - Guaranteed
Every system, and many of the services provided by Aptúra Machine Vision Solutions are fully performance guaranteed. This guarantee goes beyond simple component warranties and insures that the inspection results meet specifications. If the system does not meet inspection specifications, Aptúra will make the system changes and/or adidtions needed to make the system work - period. If at Aptúra's determination the system can not be made to comply to specifications, Aptúra will refund the purchase price and remove the system.
Application performance specifications are limited exclusively to those printed specifications contained in Aptúra's project proposal or other documentation provided to the customer. Certain customer requirements may be communicated, and those requirements must be met in order for the guarantee to be valid.
Aptúra's liability is expressly limited to the face value of the purchase order, and the guarantee expressly excludes liability for other customer expenses and liability for damages resulting from production delays or quality issues.
